Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel any recurring service by providing at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to the desired cancellation date. Written notice must be submitted either:

By email to the email address designated by My Discount Printing & Websites LLC, dba Badgerland Marketing; or By U.S. Mail to the company's current business mailing address.

Verbal requests, text messages, social media messages, or other forms of communication do not constitute official notice of cancellation.

All recurring services, including but not limited to website hosting, maintenance, SEO, STO, and any other monthly services, will continue to be billed during the thirty (30) day notice period.

At the time of cancellation, all outstanding balances, past-due invoices, late fees, restoration fees, renewal fees, and any other amounts owed must be paid in full before any website files, databases, domain name access, DNS management, domain transfer authorization (EPP/Auth Code), or other digital assets will be released or transferred to the customer or another service provider.

If Badgerland Marketing purchased or manages the customer's domain name on the customer's behalf, domain ownership and transfer will only be processed after all outstanding financial obligations have been satisfied.

Website files and related assets will be provided in their current state at the time of cancellation. Badgerland Marketing is not responsible for configuring, installing, migrating, or supporting the website on another hosting platform unless otherwise agreed to in writing and paid for as a separate service.

Failure to provide the required thirty (30) days written notice does not waive the customer's responsibility for charges incurred during the notice period.

Refund Policy

Products purchased from My Discount Printing & Websites LLC, dba Badgerland Marketing may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.

“Date of the transaction”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by My Discount Printing & Websites LLC, dba Badgerland Marketing in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (see here).

"Refund Period", you may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund with My Discount Printing & Websites LLC, dba Badgerland Marketing's customer service within the refund time frame specified for the applicable product, if available at all.

Standard Refund Terms

To cancel, customer must contact My Discount Printing & Websites LLC, dba Badgerland Marketing by email or phone call 30 days prior to next payment of services.

Hosting Services

• Annual Plans – Once annual fee is paid, annual plans may be cancelled, but are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for remaining months in plan.
• Monthly Plans – No refunds will be issued once a month begins.

SEO/STO Services

SEO/STO Services are a 12 month commitment; in order to receive best results, you are expected to use the Services for the entire 12-month term.

After first 12-month term the following refund policy will be applicable.

• Annual Plans – Once annual fee is paid, annual plans may be cancelled, but are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for remaining months in plan.
• Monthly Plans – No refunds will be issued once a month begins.

Website Design Services

Web Services: If services are cancelled within 7 days customer will receive 100% refund*. If services are cancelled after 7 days a 50% refund will be issued*. Once the initial design is completed and delivered for review, no refunds will be issued.

*All refunds will be issued within 30 days by check. Any prior payment made by credit card will have the processing fee removed from any refund. Any domains purchased prior to cancellation will not be refunded. If domain transfer is required, fees may apply.

Website files, databases, and any website assets developed by Badgerland Marketing will be released to the customer only after (1) a minimum of one (1) year of website hosting has been completed, and (2) all outstanding balances, fees, and charges have been paid in full.

All websites removed for lack of payment may be restored, but are subject to a $100 restart fee, plus any additional fees including back-hosting, SSL Certificate renewal, etc.

Badgerland Marketing reserves the right to suspend, disable, or remove websites and related services for non-payment. The suspension or removal of services does not relieve the customer of any contractual obligation or outstanding financial responsibility.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

Credit card processing is subject to a convenience fee of 3.5%.
